Tips

If you have your own tips, don't hesitate to share them with me!

1
Just short sentences or phrases

Avoid single words and indefinite verb conjugations. Ideally, each phrase should consist of 2–4 words, of which only one is completely new to you.

2
No forced memorization

If you try to memorize words on purpose, you will consciously push them into short-term memory only.

3
Mindful writing

When writing and filtering lists, be fully focused and don't rush. Be aware of what you are writing and care about it.

4
Don't make lists too long

Even when goldlisting, we can tire our memory out, so it doesn't hurt to take small breaks to let long-term memory rest.

5
Use attractive materials

The materials you draw vocabulary from should interest you. If you write down words you will never use, your brain will not have a reason to remember them.

6
Accessibility
